After starting his business in 2012, Jason Smalls has accumulated over 30+ years in the property management and construction business. Jason’s father owned a construction company that framed homes and Jason learned much from his father. He also researched all aspects of construction from repair to trouble shooting and applied them to his work throughout various projects. He offers the most reliable services in the Capital District and sets himself apart by adding a personal touch to his professional business with his strong civil engineering, land development, and land surveying background.

After practicing land surveying for 14 years and working for companies like Disney, Jason is an expert in both commercial and residential properties. Whether you are looking full-service property management or a construction project, Jason and his team will ensure you are their top priority and always receive superior service.
